 Q:  When will my order ship?
   A:  Orders Received by 3:00 PM EST will be shipped same day. Orders received after 3:00 PM will ship same day or next day.
 Q:  How do I track my order?
   A:  You will receive a Shipping Confirmation via email which will have your UPS tracking information. In addition, on the top navigation on the site under
       "My account" > "Order History" > your web order and tracking information is provided.

 Q:  What Epson devices are approved for eClinicalWorks?
   A:  Login to my.eclinicalworks.com and go to the Knowledge tab for the eCW list of supported devices.
 Q:  Are evaluation devices available?
   A:  No, Epson devices are guaranteed to meet or exceed the stated performance specifications. If you have any technical issues, Epson commits to 90-day free of charge returns.
